The volume starts with a chapter on musculoskeletal malignancies, followed by chapters on mechanisms of tumor growth and metastasis and transmigration of cancer Cells across the endothelium.

After discussion on treatment of the oligometastatic patient, epidemiology, diagnosis, management, and prognosis of spinal metastasis are discussed. The effects of angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors on metastasis-associated myeloid cells, as well as multidisciplinary management of colorectal liver metastases are oral cavity are explained in subsequent chapters.
